Props List-final

The first prop that we found easiest to come across was the laptop. We got the laptop from the apple store as it was essential that we convey to our audience that our film is shot in the present day. The laptop was one of the most important props. The modern day aesthetic of the film allowed the film to appeal to a wider audience.
The telephone is another prop that was essential to targeting a wider audience. We got the telephone from ebay under the electronics section as we had to get the best phone possible as the President is obviously going to have the latest equipment.
To show the severity of the situation we had to make sure that we had files that said they were top secret. We got these files from an american army store in London. This prop allowed us to show the political and militaristic aspect of the film. It also created tension in our film which made it more 'thrilling'.

The suit that we brought for our hired actor, Mr Simon Wood was wearing an ASOS suit. Our group had to ensure that he looked smart and presentable as, firstly; he is representing his country and secondly he is the president of the United States.
The projector portrayed images for a war simulation that was made in the media suit at our school. We used nuclear images on the projector and it made the room look a lot more like a war room and a lot more professional. We got this projector from a renting store for electronically goods.
The gun which we got this replica gun from a website called replica.Com This gun had to be modern and was used during the shoot out scene. The scene with the shootout is where the guns were used.
We got the flag from a costumes store as one of the key problems we faced when filming is establishing where the film is being set and which president it is. The dialogue helps this however we found that the flag would finalize where the president is from. This will now target a large American audience
